**No alcohol** (They have a bar with alcohol, but it's not used) Friday at 11am. First, I didn't know that the server was also cooking in the truck! I wondered why it took so long to get served and to get food. Now it makes sense. Chips and Salsa - My level of spice, pretty much none. Very addicting. Strawberry lemonade- skip it or bring your own vodka. Not worth the price. Fish taco - YES!! That house sauce had me slow down a bit due to the spice. I am glad I kept up with it! By leaving at 12, there was another table for dine in AND a line of Togo orders.

Patio del Copal hands down is my go to for mexican food. Between the Patio Torta, the crispy and noncrispy al pastor tacos, their is not only flavorful but consistent everytime we have eaten here. The service here is amazing and the warmth they give in their food and service is also reflected in the restaurant, itself. The restaurant gives a warm, polished feeling with a bit of flare. They have a variety of beverages such as the banana horchota and made to order churros. They have an ever expanding menu and we cannot wait for what they have next.

This is a lovely restaurant for outdoor eating. They have a very nice patio set up and decorated in a parking lot off Branham. We talked to one of the staff who said that they actually do all the cooking in the food truck because of a permit issue, which kind of adds to the ambiance. We had gotten takeout from here once this past week then went to eat in person. I really like how they have a combination plate where you can get a combination of enchilada or taco or tostada or chile relleno. When you eat in person, you get chips and salsa, and they did give us a bit in the take out order as well. I also like how it's a sit down and they take your order, but it's not super fancy or anything. It's nice for a casual meal.

Had a chance to try Patio Del Copal, and this was an awesome experience! This is a restaurant with the food truck next to it which is kindof cool. You have really cute outdoor seating as well as modern indoor seating which is great. We ended up placing a Grubhub order here and glad we did. We got to try: * Al Pastor Quesadilla - if you are looking for cheesy goodness, this is a good option. The meat was really well marinated and every bite was yummy. * Super Burrito w/ Chicken - the size of this burrito was huge and it was stuffed with much goodness. I wish it had a little more chicken in it, but the flavors went well together. Overall service was fast, and we got the food when we arrived, piping hot. Someone also helped us with a red sauce and a chipotle sauce, both which were delicious! I would give this spot a shot when in the area!

This place is a hidden gem! Took me forever to give them a try and my only regret is that I didn't try them sooner. The food is fantastic! I typically get a veggie burrito, veggie tostada, or nachos. Delicious every time! They appear to make their own chips. Their salsa is delicious with complex flavors and the right amount of heat. My dining companion had the beef crispy tacos and loved them. I sometimes order the churros and they're some of the better ones I've had. It's amazing to me that they've been putting out such consistently wonderful food from their food truck while their remodel is in progress. Can't wait for the remodel to be complete. Service is always great. I usually get it to go but have dined on their patio a couple of times. Orders are always correct and served quickly. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

We first ordered via GrubHub and the food was great but the photos on Yelp made their physical setup look, shall we say, unconventional. So for a 2nd Patio Del Copal experience, I wanted to check out their physical storefront. Super interesting arrangement. They are building out their permanent restaurant, and while they do, they are cooking out of their food truck parked in the side parking lot right up front. Francisco was super nice and gave me the lowdown. The interior looks pretty close to complete and it is gorgeous so it'll be great once it is done. In the meantime the outdoor seating is a lovely setting, although there weren't customers enjoying the scenery when I popped by. Once again our family loved our food. My wife had a 1 item combo with a carnitas taco, my son had the Quesa-Birria Tacos and I went for the Chile Relleno de Calabaza (which was just as exceptional as the Super Veggie Burrito I had during our first experience). We finished off with a flan - but my wife was annoyed I didn't get the choco-flan like she said we talked about. Oops. I think she meant the Nevado mini-chocolate cake. Next time. Flan was good - probably better fresh and in person, but still crave-worthy. Awesome place and I love that they are bootstrapping their way into their new brick and mortar home. I also love the 7 menu-worthy vegetarian options featured up-front on their menu. Fantastic!
